With adults, I draw from Internal Family Systems, Relational‑Cultural Theory, emotion‑focused and somatic practices, and I welcome spirituality, art, and nature when meaningful to you. With children, I utilize child‑centered play therapy and family‑informed approaches that support their natural ways of expressing and regulating themselves.
