This approach ensures you have access to a range of options tailored to your preferences and budget, while maintaining the high standards of care you deserve. LPC-S

Experienced therapist with continuing education specializations and Board approval to provide Supervision to therapists seeking independent licensure.
LPC

Masters-level training, independently licensed by the state of Texas, and continuing education specializations.
LPC-Associate
$85
Master level training and currently seeking licensure while under supervision of an experienced therapist.
Graduate Intern
$30-$50
Completing final phase of masters-level training and under the supervision of experienced therapist

Due to the high amount of requests for counselors who bill insurance, it is possible we may be unable to assign you to one of these counselors at the time you are seeking services. This is why we have several additional accessibility options for private-pay and sliding-scale counseling.
Private Pay
Reimbursements: Many individuals are able to receive reimbursements directly from their insurance panels for out-of network, private pay counseling services. We have put together the following resource to help guide you through the process of seeking out-of-network reimbursements for sessions.

Care Credit: NRTC is able to accept Care Credit for counseling and Connected Services.
We understand that even that may not be enough to bridge the gap for some. This is why we also have a sliding-scale, income-based program available to help.
Sliding Scale Assistance
We have graduate counseling interns who offer sessions at $30.
NRTC has a competitive internship program and provides extensive supervision and cutting-edge training to their graduate counselors. These interns are receiving training from a University and supervision from other highly-experienced counselors.
In an effort to accommodate clients with Medicaid or other government assistance, NRTC has developed an Assistance Program with limited spots. For more information about this, please email info@newrhythmstherapy.com
