Accessibility
At New Rhythms, it is our desire to bridge the gap between care and resources. We do this in a variety of ways.

Licensed Counselors

Fully Licensed Counselors at NRTC are credentialed through Headway to accept the following private insurance plans:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • United Healthcare

  • BlueCross BlueShield PPO

We are continually working on increasing that list! If you are seeking to schedule with a LPC, and would like to check your benefits, you may contact the counselor, or visit Headway’s portal here: https://headway.co/

Insurance

Due to the high amount of requests for counselors who bill insurance, it is possible we may be unable to assign you to one of these counselors at the time you are seeking services. For this reason, we have put together the following resource to help guide you through the process of seeking out-of-network reimbursements for sessions.

We understand that even that may not be enough to bridge the gap for some. This is why we also have a sliding-scale, income-based program available to help.

Please Note:

We are fully aware of the high need for accessible services in the East Texas community. Unfortunately, we do have a finite set of resources available to us. We make it our priority to reach as many clients as we can as fast as we can, but we operate on a first come, first serve basis.

Community Partners

If you are a non-profit organization interested in helping bridge the gap between care and resources for the populations you serve, please contact us.
