Counselor Approach:
"My approach as a counselor is centered on creating a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, seen, and accepted just as you are. I believe healing happens within a trusting relationship, and I strive to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and compassion.
I understand that beginning counseling can feel overwhelming, and I move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we will explore your experiences, strengths, and goals while honoring your unique story. I view therapy as a collaborative process; you are the expert on your life, and I am here to walk alongside you, offering support, guidance, and encouragement along the way.
Whether you are navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, my hope is that our work together feels supportive, empowering, and grounded in care."
