Counselor Approach:
My aim as a therapist is to be a safe relationship where you can process, heal, formulate an authentic sense of self, and develop healthy relationships. In my experience, the most effective therapy is creative & client-centered, so I frequently utilizes alternative, evidence-based, interventions that target not just the “thinking” centers of the brain, but also the “emotional” centers of the brain for a holistic treatment approach. I believe that true hope and healing is possible through connection, healthy relationships, and experiential knowledge.
