Counselor Approach:
"My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space where you as the client feel comfortable to be your true self and work towards growth and healing. In counseling, I believe in taking a holistic client-centered approach, meaning that true growth comes from considering the mind, body, and spirit of the individual. In sessions, I strive to use evidence-based interventions and tools while also holding space for exploration. I hope to cultivate a strong therapeutic relationship with you that is based on empathy, compassion, and appreciation for your personal story. Together, you and I can work together to process through your experiences so that you can work towards the peace that you deserve."
