Counselor Approach:
All of us have a story that informs our identity and worldview. My approach to therapy is to create a space and relationship that allows us to dive into that story and find more meaningful ways for it to inform your life. I view the therapeutic process as one in which we collaborate as a team, bringing together what you know of your life and what I know of my training to build pathways through and forward. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as we work toward healthy relationships, a compassionate sense of self, and an authentic expression and regulation of emotions utilizing evidence-based and proven mental health strategies.
