Counselor Approach:
“As a counselor, I aim to create a safe non-judgmental space by using a person-centered approach, where you feel supported and safe to grow. I approach therapy with warmth, kindness, and curiosity, where clients can feel safe and comfortable to share what’s on their mind. During my courses at Baylor, I have completed a trauma-informed mentorship under a licensed clinical social worker which allows me to utilize a trauma informed lens. While I enjoy working with adolescents, I am open to working with individuals from all different backgrounds and ages. More than anything, I want my clients to know that my office is a safe space where every version of themselves is welcomed and accepted. Think of me as someone who's in your corner—offering encouragement, honest reflection, and support. We'll navigate life's challenges together, one twist at a time.”
