Counselor Approach:
"I believe that change cannot occur without both counselor and client bringing authentic selves to their sessions, and to this end, I hope to do my best in creating a safe, comfortable environment for clients to flourish. While I use a relational-cultural lens as a framework to better explore clients' relationships and how to foster growth, I also enjoy using cognitive behavioral treatment, as well as solution-focused practices, to ensure clients are well-supported, seen, and so that I can better meet clients where they are at and be their biggest advocate."
