Counselor Approach:

“Relationships can be hard. Between balancing your roles, meeting your loved ones’ needs, and trying to find space for yourself in between-- it's easy to feel like you can't keep up. Especially if your family, child, or teen has been through something overwhelming—abuse, loss, violence, medical trauma, or sudden life changes—you may be noticing shifts that feel confusing, distressing, or hard to reach. I work with children, teens, parents, and families to help improve their relationships with themselves and each other after trauma.

My role is to help you find extra tools, time, and emotional capacity to move forward in your life and build up your children, your family, and your relationships even stronger. I use trauma-informed approaches tailored to each client's needs. For children and families, I address the support unit as well. You’ll learn practical tools to respond to your child and strengthen your connection. From the first session, my goal is to create a space where you and/or your child feel safe, respected, and heard.”
