Therapeutic Book Club: It's Ok That You're Not Ok

Survivors of Suicide Loss Book Club Series: Losing a loved one to suicide can bring profound grief, unanswered questions, and a range of complex emotions that may feel overwhelming to navigate alone. This book club is designed to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for individuals who have experienced the loss of a family member, friend, partner, or loved one to suicide.
Through shared experiences, discussion, and guided reflection, participants will have the opportunity to explore their grief, process difficult emotions such as guilt, anger, sadness, confusion, or isolation, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of suicide loss. The group emphasizes compassion, validation, healing, and hope while honoring each person's individual grief journey.

To reserve your spot, a non-refundable $15 registration fee is required and will be applied toward your first session. Each of the five meetings is $15, payable in advance or at the time of attendance.
