Dawn Dearion

Graduate Counselor

Dawn is an East Texas Native from Kilgore, Texas. She is a graduate intern estimated to achieve her M.A. in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling in August 2026 from The University of Texas at Tyler. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of North Texas and has experience working with juvenile offenders, college students, and case management for those struggling with mental health and children in foster care.

NRTC has a competitive internship program and provides extensive supervision and cutting-edge training to their graduate counselors. These interns are receiving training from a University and supervision from other highly-experienced counselors.
