Counseling Approach
My counseling style is warm, relational, and grounded in empathy. I practice from a person-centered framework and believe that trust, safety, and connection are the foundation for healing. As a client, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you are fully seen and heard—without judgment. I value collaboration in the therapeutic process and gently encourage my clients toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional clarity. My approach is guided by the belief that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and that each person’s journey deserves care, patience, and compassion.
