Counselor Approach:
“As a counselor, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and curiosity, offering a calming presence as we work through life’s challenges together. While I enjoy working with adolescents, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside individuals from all backgrounds and stages of life. I remain open and flexible in my approach, always learning and growing to better serve those I work with. More than anything, I want my clients to know that I’m in their corner. Your well-being, growth, and self-understanding are at the heart of everything I do.”
