Kelsey grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas, and moved to Longview with her husband in 2010. They have two children together. Currently, she is a graduate student intern pursuing her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at LeTourneau University, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025. Before her counseling studies, Kelsey worked as a schoolteacher and was a stay-at-home mom, during which time she volunteered with the Junior League of Longview. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a minor in Secondary Education. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys baking, reading, and writing.
