Counselor Approach:

"As a counselor, my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself and where growth feels possible. I take a whole-person approach to well-being, recognizing the importance of emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and cognitive health. I strive to offer a safe, welcoming environment where you feel genuinely seen and heard as life experiences, stressors, and past or present challenges show up. I believe therapy is a place to gain understanding, build practical skills, and explore who you are so you can find your footing again when life feels heavy or overwhelming. My approach is flexible and collaborative, allowing me to meet you where you are while offering empathy, compassion, and honest support along the way."
